This is a contract for renting any of our equipment. The full agreement can be downloaded in PDF format here.
The minimum rental period is one day. Equipment must be returned by 11:00 AM to avoid additional charges. Long-term rental rates are also available.
Customers must carry their own million-dollar liability insurance policy to cover the actual cost of the rented equipment. The proof of the insurance is in the form of a "Certificate of Insurance," which needs to be provided with DLP Lighting Services as the insured payee. The rental cost will not be backed out by replacement costs.
DLP Lighting Services will not be held liable or responsible for any claims or expenses incurred by the renter during their use of DLP equipment. All equipment is available for inspection before acceptance.
DLP equipment is sent out in good working order and is expected to be returned in the same condition. Any repair or replacement cost is the sole responsibility of the renter. Globes that are burned out should be returned, and no charge will be added. If a globe is broken or not returned, the renter will be charged for those items.
We accept company checks, cash, wire transfer, and credit cards. Terms can be arranged with the local companies. Out-of-state companies are on a C.O.D. basis.
