DLP Rental Agreement Overview

Welcome to DLP Lighting Services. Please read the full DLP Rental Agreement carefully before submitting your equipment request. As the renting party, you are fully liable for all requested grip, lighting, and production vehicles from the moment they leave our facility until they are safely returned to our yard.

Equipment & Vehicle Policy Requirements

To ensure a smooth rental process, all clients must review and agree to the following terms outlined in our Rental Agreement:

• Proof of Insurance: Valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming DLP Lighting Services as loss payee and additionally insured is required prior to equipment release.
• Rental Period & Returns: Daily and weekly rates apply based on the agreed pickup and drop-off schedule. Late returns without prior authorization may incur additional rental fees.
• Damage & Loss Liability: The renter assumes complete financial responsibility for missing items, normal wear-and-tear exceptions, or equipment damage incurred while on set.
